St Louis Roadside Patrol is based in the Gateway City, but our service area extends across the metro and into Illinois. We come to you wherever you’re stranded — downtown, a suburb, at work, in a shopping center parking lot or near a freeway exit. Our technicians are familiar with local streets, bridges, parking structures and river crossings so they can find you quickly.

Common call zones

We regularly assist drivers in Downtown St Louis, Central West End, Soulard, Lafayette Square, Tower Grove, The Hill, Dogtown, Forest Park, St. Louis Hills, South County, West County, Chesterfield, Maryland Heights, Florissant, St. Charles, St. Peters, O’Fallon and other western suburbs. Across the river we cover East St. Louis, Fairview Heights, Collinsville, Alton and nearby communities. Major highways and bridges we service include I‑70, I‑64/US‑40, I‑55, I‑44, I‑170, I‑270, US‑67 (Lindbergh Boulevard), I‑255 and the Poplar Street Bridge.

Non‑towing service

Our pages emphasise non‑towing roadside assistance so there are no surprises. If your situation requires a tow or accident recovery, we’ll let you know right away rather than sending the wrong type of help.
